Step-by-Step Guide: Build the Castle
Follow these four phases to complete your build without missing parts or making structural errors. Each phase corresponds to a set of numbered bags in the box.

A well-organized workspace is the foundation of a smooth, error-free build
Workspace Setup
Clear a large flat surface — your desk or dining table. Sort numbered bags into plastic containers and group pieces by color and size. Do not open all bags at once. Position a bright LED desk lamp overhead to distinguish dark gray from black pieces.
Foundation and Base
Open the manual to page one. Connect the large baseplates and structural support bricks precisely, pressing firmly on every connection. Verify wall anchor alignment and check your progress against the manual images after every five steps.
Walls and Towers
Build the exterior walls and snap window frames into place. Align the hinges for opening sections correctly, then test hinge movement before adding the next brick layer. Build tower internal support structures first, then add decorative outer panels. Apply even pressure to secure the long Technic pins.
Final Details and Finishing
Open the final bags and assemble the small interior furniture pieces. Place them inside the castle rooms, attach roof panels, then add flags and exterior decorations. Do a full inspection — press down on all roof tiles and check the entire model for loose bricks.
Build Dos and Don'ts
Always Do
- Sort pieces by bag number before starting each phase
- Use a bright desk lamp to distinguish similar dark colors
- Test hinge and gate movement before adding the next layer
- Store the manual and spare parts in a labeled zip bag
Never Do
- Open all numbered bags at once — pieces will mix and slow your build
- Force bricks with your fingers — use a brick separator for tight fits
- Place the finished model in direct sunlight — UV rays yellow ABS bricks
- Use wet wipes or chemical cleaners on the finished model
Tips for Maintaining and Displaying Your Brick Castle
Your finished model requires proper care. Environmental factors can damage ABS plastic over time — follow these three guidelines to keep your castle looking pristine for years.

LED-lit acrylic display cases transform a completed model into a stunning room centerpiece
Acrylic Display Case
A dust-proof acrylic case protects against UV fading, dust buildup, and accidental knocking — the single best investment for any large display model.
Interior LED Lighting
LED strip lighting inside display cases dramatically enhances visual impact. Add warm-white LEDs to interior rooms for a dramatic night display effect.
Sun and Humidity Control
Keep your castle away from windows and heating vents. UV exposure and humidity fluctuations accelerate ABS yellowing over time.
